Just got back to Houston after three days in the Medina/Bandera area. Rut is definitely over but we saw tons of dear around the area. We hunted at different times throughout the day but saw virtually nothing on the leases during the daylight hours. I think our deer have had too much pressure and figured out the pattern. Full moon didn't help us either. Good luck.

My brother in law shot an 8pt today. It was lying down 20 YDS from his feeder.

We've seen almost nothing coming to the feeders during the day. Too many acorns and no rain. Lots of food elsewhere.
