Yes. Probably past time for the trans. Coolant is 100,000 miles. If you have an EB you could need the induction system cleaned for carbon build up. Brake fluid is not solvent based but water based and can absorb moisture and screw up your brake components. That's something overlooked frequently. Also at 100,000 mile it's time for new plugs. Just preventative maintenance if you want to keep your truck.
