Log splitter and a lifetime supply of firewood.

Thats probably where most of it will wind up LOL. I like the idea of using them to catch fish, but I am pretty certain if I buck them in manageable lengths there are enough folks in the area who still cut and split their own firewood that it will probably be gone in a couple of weeks. I am too lazy to use fire wood LOL...I am like Hank Hill I find propane a clean, efficient fuel....

The guy is not going to brag about having land on Clarks Hill and then joke about stealing rip rap.

Maybe you should chill a bit.

Crappie condos - Made with 3- to 5-gallon buckets, cut bamboo stalks, and concrete. These can be made in a variety of shapes and used in varying water depths, depending on the diameter and height of the bamboo cut. The weight of the concrete and air pockets in the bamboo keep the condos in an upright position underwater. Despite the name, these structures attract and hold forage and sport fishes of all types.

Bamboo is the best in my opinion. There is a lake about 2 hours north of me and Bamboo, for whatever reason, is the brushpile of choice and they hold fish better and quicker than anything I ever saw. I have the oaks and sweetgums though and gotta do something with them...
