Made a great batch with blackberries. Thinking about trying pear flavor. Anyone experiment wit different flavors

2 cups black berries 1 cup sugar for 2 months in a cool place. After put 1/2 bottle of white port wine 1/2 bottle of brandy, combine. Let sit 2 months strain and enjoy

I've been brewing and making wine for about 6 years and it sounds like a coin toss. I mess with wild yeast quite a bit and more often than not it isn't worth messing with. If you like it, don't stop it.

There was a version on here a few years back with Rye Whiskey I thought? I remember making it once and it was pretty tough. didn't make it the 6 months though cause my wife found my stash and started in on it.
