I have three of them. One is a code black LTE, 2 year old.
Ida got moisture inside the lens. It’s about like taking an iPhone apart, but I did do it. (Yes it still works fine) but it also still has moisture inside the inner lens.
It APPEARS that once you dismantle the thing you MAY can twist the lens and thus get to the glass. I was scared to twist on it, and maybe break the thing completely.
The older ones I have you simply take the backing off and the lens is accessible.
Thank y’all

Call or email covert and tell them the problem you're having. They will likely send you a new camera if it's mechanical.

Had the screen just die on one and they had me a new one within a week or so.

They sent me a form to fill out and mail it in. Guess that’s what I will do.

I mailed in my code black last year and they sent a new one back.
