I got visible abs by dieting, cutting down my body fat and squatting, Dead lifting and OHP'ing. I never focus on Abs. I might do 2 sets of hanging Leg raises or so a week but that's it

Spot reducing fat around your midsection by working your abs hard is a waste of time. No such thing as spot fat reduction and in my case it was my belly fat that went away last. I didn't have defined Abs until I hit 160 on the scale.

Now that I am bulking they are becoming less and less defined but still visible
