Google minstrel shows or the looney tunes forbidden episodes (can’t remember the number) that shite was offensive. If it’s funny because it makes you cringe. It is offensive. Now does that mean bugs bunny and Hanna barberra should be outlawed in all forms? Nope that’s what Twitter culture does.
Thanks for this. Reading over the minstrel shows I can see how it is historically racist but it seems like we just jump the gun to call anything racist right now.
