In my experience, this isn’t really so common anymore. Maybe it’s from being in the professional world, but most younger lesbians I know are fairly attractive or at least mainstream presentable. As lesbians get older, they may be more likely to embrace the natural aging process by cutting their hair short or not wearing makeup and, as a result, look a bit “manlier.”
