What the hell is a Rumpich?

I always like to check out the Advocate DWI report to see if any of my people had a few too many over the weekend and chose to drive...and I found out that this person was cited...
The old "Rumper" got busted.
I don't have any friends named Rumpich. Anyone ever seen this name?
