Baby formula regulations are extremely strict. Even if it was legally possible, I don’t see the manufacturer willingly letting it’s contaminated product be used for anything else. If it’s recalled formula then they try to get every can off the market quickly. “Walmart shipped contaminated formula headed for pig farm” is a pretty terrible headline.
