Yeah, I do not think there is a definitive list. I would check out the Everyday Astronaut videos though. They are very long and detailed.

I would suspect the big changes on SN15 are engines and plumbing for the methalox. Landing legs as well possibly and some software.

No issues getting up, hovering and flipping.

FAA approved SN15, 16 and 17. We can assume these are to nail down flip and landing.

SN17 should have almost all tiles on it and SN20 should orbit with full tiles, so they need to wrap up the landing from 10KM in the next 3
