Still not bad. But first you must consider that the smokers are far less here than most other countries, so lungs like damaged already there, as in double the percent of smokers in S Korea than U.S.
Take Italy, the population is pretty much at retirement age what with all the abortions in Europe and they are heavy smokers as well.
