Red light camera ticket

Went today to fight the ticket I got in Jan. He dismissed everyone( about 20) except 1 woman (she ran light by 2 secs). He reduced her fine from 117-67. He was looking for reason to dismiss. Big computer screen shows every ticket, so if you go don't make a fool out of yourself by denying it. Cameras don't lie. everyone there was guilty( some more than others).
