So 16.7 per day if the other calories in stayed the same and the calories out stayed the same.

Prob was more of a 6-12/day average during my rut. Some days non, some days 15, etc but prob 5 days a week minimum. Think the byproducts of not drinking had effects to. Not eating that entire bag of potatoes chips at 10:00pm or greasy breakfast the next morning to help the hangover were habits that automatically went away without the blurred decision making that comes with alcohol. Also the skipped workouts from not being 100% most days. Those times were years ago but a bad 3-4 year rut for the Tacster.

If I drink a 12 pack watching football and forget to drink water, the next day sucks and it takes the whole day to get back to square one.

It's amazing what mixing in waters can do. I drink pretty much beer only and rarely more than 2 or 3 but on LSU tailgate Saturdays I drink all day and rule is 2 beers - 1 water, and water before I go to sleep - never a hangover.
