If it is BPPV and you complete the Epley yourself but don’t do it just right, you risk multicanal involvement which makes treatment a lot trickier and more involved.
*Also fyi, if the cause of your dizziness was vestibular neuritis, it’s likely BPPV can follow in the next few days or weeks.
