You shouldn’t do the Epley maneuver unless you have been instructed by a professional and you are certain the crystals are in the posterior canal. If it is BPPV and you complete the Epley yourself but don’t do it just right, you risk multicanal involvement which makes treatment a lot trickier and more involved.

*Also fyi, if the cause of your dizziness was vestibular neuritis, it’s likely BPPV can follow in the next few days or weeks.
