aight. So let's examine this aspect. How is keeping current borrowers from foreclosure making the market slow to correct? Rate hikes are having the intended affect on the front end as new home sales have cooled. And yes, the process is slow, but that's the known design. Rates were too low for too long. And go check the fed funds 10 year chart on this one.... Obama's fed started slight increases in 2015 (a year or more too late, in my opinion). But I ain't the Fed Chief. THEN, Trump's fed continued to raise rates. Trump throws a fit. Says he's "very disappointed" in the Fed, and then they start lowering them again. Then Biden's fed chief comes in and has to jack shite up with the ridiculousness.
