It is. And I do make good money. I'm not an OT balla, but I do okay. I'd rather have the raise than the bonus as well - it compounds with next year's raise. I also get an 8% match in a 401k. It will surprise you how many people here do not take advantage of that awesome benefit.

For those bitching about this thread, its been a legitimate topic of discussion on here all month. Some of us work professional, salaried jobs where this is an important time of year for us. Sorry you only get that .25/hour a raise every year at Burger King on your work anniversary. Another few years and you'll get to $10 an hour, I promise!
