Sure it is. Under the premise if they are doing wrong(businesses) to people, people wont/shouldnt support that business anymore. Then said business will go defunct.
Plus your answer is retarded since the gov't isn't letting the market decide which business go under and stay afloat. Remember all those times the goberment bailed out companies? If what you said were true, then the goberment would let those companies fail, just like a true free market would dictate.
