Need a new Richard's Disposal trash can in NOLA

After 2 months of being led to an automated recording requesting a new trash can I'm throwing in the towel. Clearly, Richard's Disposal does not care about swapping out my shotty trash can with broken wheels for a new one.
Has anyone ever driven to their headquarters/office/land field whatever you want to call it and asked to swap the old one out for a new one.

I got my brand new larger can last week. They were delivering new ones and picking up the old ones.
We asked if we could keep our old smaller and can they let us.

I saw folks in the LGD had new ones a few weeks back but they have not gotten to our zip yet.

Richards is just who was awarded the contract again. To get a new can you have to call 311 as it's still a city service. They're still swapping them out though so you should get one soon.

I live over by Tulane. I had two before they gave us new ones. I now have a total of 6. Between my house and both neighbors we had a total of 11 trash cans out front haha. I wish they'd take the old ones away.

you want to get rid of one of yours. We have two that fall over since the wheels are broken

Let me double check that it is in fact Richard's when I get home from work. It's a shiny new black trash can that has the word "TRASH" written and white letters on it. But, I don't think that will be a problem. Out of our 6, only one has a broken wheel and that is one of the old ones.

You ever try to throw away a trash can. It's almost impossible.
When I lived in another location, I had to cut one up and put it in another one to get rid of it.
