They can't do standardized testing. One borderline mentally handicapped segment of society could not even come close. to passing. Now, they have imported another segment that is some cases can't even speak English.
To give them the test is, drumroll please, "RACIST!"

Seems like I remember taking both the Iowa test and the CAT in elementary and middle school. I think the CAT was used, at least in part, to determine magnet school acceptance in Baton Rouge back in the day.
