I was waiting on someone to approach it like this.

Most take the stern approach of yes I say it and you better do it.

I come from the school of hey do you know a better way let’s change and adapt so we are efficient and morale is high.

The guys that answersed otherwise are probably over 55 and aren’t willing to adjust their way of thinking. It’s ok, my dad has that limitation as well and he’s one of the smartest people I know.
