That’s the thing, he doesn’t have to be ‘good’ at it. All he has to do is enjoy it.
Give it a shot. Not sure where you’re located but if you’re in the Prairieville/Geismar area, go to Gracie United on Airline. All of the Gracie United -Team Jucao gyms offer a free week or two.
Also, my son enjoys swimming. Something about the quietness and pressure underwater…he’s like a fish in the pool. After some laps, he’s exhausted and calm.
He doesn’t get the concept of ‘team’ sports. He can run, swim, and Jiu Jitsu. Individual efforts toward a team goal seems to be the route he’s taking.
