Only thing he said that made sense is how racially charged this whole case is.

Obviously there could be a lot on the video from that night which I have not seen. But in the video I did see, she told them in no uncertain terms to let her out of the car. And, while she did sound drunk, she definitely didnt sound so drunk that she wasn’t capable of making decisions. I mean she definitely was awake and alert and communicating clearly from what I saw. She didnt seem scared or upset or even mad. She seemed bothered they didn’t instantly let her out and that she had to say to let her out twice in 2 seconds. And so the one guy moved and let her out.

Other than the video of her chasing after them from a crowd to ask them for a ride, the only video I saw was her demanding they let her out and after a slight hesitation they let her out within seconds.

I mean if it was a close friend I would probably say Im not letting you out here retard, Im taking you to your door and making sure you get in. But these werent close friends. At best they were acquaintances and she did demand to be let out.
