The one I am talking about doesn't really do that. Seems normal but can't be based on friends.
There are people like that here who check in at my gym. I will be in the office and think who is this bitch? I then notice the "person" has checked in to multiple random places and has all kinds of fake shite on the page.

I cant find that profile. 
It was some model from Denmark's pic they were using or something ridiculous and all the other pics were like snapchat looking pics of their arse or cleavage saying "I'm bored, what's there to do in West Monroe tonight? Text me." and then would put their phone number.
