if you are early, you are on time.
if you are on time, you are late.
if you are late, don't bother coming.
yes, be early.
if you are on time, you are late.
if you are late, don't bother coming.
yes, be early.

Spoken like an employer that wants to steal my time and not pay me for it or a shill who has drank the koolaid.

Hate it when applicants show up super early. It’s uncomfortable for everyone. I’m trying to drop a deuce before you show up or still talking shite about your resume at that point.

in an office world....when i say my office opens at 7 am, you will not walk in at 7...then pour a cup of coffee, then take a sh!t, then finally go start actual work. work starts at 7 am. i can promise you that i have customers waiting outside at 7 AM. you better be working when they work. or you don't have much of a job.
in my personal world, get your job done. and do it better than the competition. and i dont care if it is at 9 PM, or 4 AM.

Just be sure to talk about yourself a lot. Be confident and explain how you know everything and your really not trainable b/c you have been doing this for so long and you are set in your ways. They like to hear about future employees who hit the ground running.
