Hate it when applicants show up super early. It’s uncomfortable for everyone. I’m trying to drop a deuce before you show up or still talking shite about your resume at that point.

in an office world....when i say my office opens at 7 am, you will not walk in at 7...then pour a cup of coffee, then take a sh!t, then finally go start actual work. work starts at 7 am. i can promise you that i have customers waiting outside at 7 AM. you better be working when they work. or you don't have much of a job.

in my personal world, get your job done. and do it better than the competition. and i dont care if it is at 9 PM, or 4 AM.

Just be sure to talk about yourself a lot. Be confident and explain how you know everything and your really not trainable b/c you have been doing this for so long and you are set in your ways. They like to hear about future employees who hit the ground running.
