You should roll with some commercial agency principals then.

I would assume these are the old grandfathered guys. The new contracts are not nearly as lucrative.

My good friend from high school, he's 24, is on the State Farm CAT team and is on the road pretty much every day of the year. He's bringing in close to $60k and has literally everything paid for including hotels, food, gas, rental cars. He also gets to fly anyone in on State Farm's tab on the weekend. I went and saw him in Jacksonville a couple of weeks ago.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't pretty jealous of all that disposable income.

Methinks you don't know the basics of insurance... either that or you don't have the right agent or the knowledge of what kind of extended coverages to purchase.

Especially for 60k, good lord. Could be a stepping stone to something better though.

Group health commissions are tiered. The higher premiums are in the 1-2% range.

What exactly is group health? How many policies make it a "group"? When you say higher premiums are 1-2% you mean each individual policy pays a different amount depending on how much the policy is? Or is it the higher premium groups you are talking about? Just curious.
