There’s a big difference between an alpha and a badass.

The badass runs their mouth about what they’ll do, then find excuses why they didn’t.

The alpha just does it.

Many people have told me I'm intimidating or have had people tell them I'm intimidating. I don't consider myself intimidating, nor some alpha badass. In fact, I'm a pretty harmless, peaceful dude who has no intention of coming off as intimidating or alpha-ish. Tells me perhaps "alpha" isn't necessarily a mindset, just perceptions of you by others?
