There’s only one truth, and it’s scripture, just as there’s only one savior, Jesus Christ.

Whoever you’re trusting in is your savior. If it’s Christ and what he finished 2000 years ago, then your reliance is in Him alone. If it’s in your ability to either be a good person, keep yourself saved, maintain your salvation, or add to your salvation, then you’re trusting in yourself, and so you’re your savior. Religion wants you to earn it through your finished works, but scripture tell us that it is only in Jesus’ finished work where we find salvation. It is all dependent on who your faith is in. Even if it is some of you, your trust is in yourself as the savior, not Jesus alone, because He is the only perfect one to live on this earth and when we believe in Him alone, and what He did on our behalf, that is credited unto us for righteousness, the righteousness of Jesus.. We are all untrustworthy, inconsistent, and incapable of the perfection God requires for entry into Heaven. That’s why it has to be in Jesus alone, not you.

2000 years ago, Jesus hung on a cross and paid for all of your sins. You and all of your sins being in the future, which ones do you have to pay for, and which ones did He miss?

We are saved by believing upon, trusting, and relying upon Jesus according to scripture. We are not saved by an affiliation, denomination, or work we do. It’s in Jesus alone

No, he just continued what the first protestants - RCC - started when they made one man pope over all and broke from Holy Orthodoxy.

Look at all of the sex abuse claims against RCC clergy AND Protestant “pastors” just in the USA. THOUSANDS of claims/arrests.

Now do the same search over last 10 years for Eastern Orthodox priests…TWO…one of which was self-appointed. “You shall know them by their fruits…”
