Probably a little bit. I'd try around 5.
In the meantime, you can find youtube videos on the correct grip, stance, etc and teach them that stuff yourself. You might find that you like it.

This is exactly what I found in research and have been doing in terms of YouTube videos.
They have none (obviously) of my atheltic inability and AA ilhands down maybe has the best hand eye coordination I have ever seen in a human. (We do have some D1 baseball players in the family).
Saying this and not bragging, but they are extremely gifted and I want to not limit them.
Example, bringing them to putt putt golf. One of them is like a natural. Another reason I began looking into trying to expose them to golf.

I get it and agree with you.
There may be a pro that will work with them that young. Having had three kids go through that age it just seems to me like they are still a little young to take technical instruction and retain it. But all kids are different. Maybe talk to the club pro at that country club.
Grip, stance, and teach them to swing as hard as they can while staying in balance. Maybe get them a net to hit in to. In a few years a good teaching pro can dial in the other stuff.

You should start a thread about that.
It will help my day go faster.

I agree from limited experience.

Well…
A good majority of them were only partly raised. I blame the mothers
