Man that was a bold pick in week 2
Last year on week 3, I made the winning pick and when I checked the results it said I didn't make a pick. Game over, there isn't an argument to be made except for, "Chicken I swear I made a pick". That didn't work.

heard some pleasant news at work yesterday, sort of a positive aftershock of the Kirk assassination, our company has been as DEI and woke as any company over the past years and it's driving the hiring of pilots based on that being their sole qualification, and as a result these people think they're bullet proof, apparently a few of them got on social media, in their uniforms no less, cheering and celebrating the murder, our company would normally try to sweep that under the rug and even if they tried to discipline them the pilot's union would be forced to defend them, but this has caught the attention of the Secretary of Transportation who stated that these people should be fired for celebrating a political assassination, questions their mental state as it pertains to holding a pilots license, and the DOT can pull their license even if the company won't act on this

Good for your company. How they can think it's a good idea to say something like that while holding a job with that much responsibility is beyond me.
It's amazing how divested in humanity these people have become.

yep, and the irony of these idiots having this (extremely lucrative)position handed to them, in a historically conservative industry, as a reward for their wokeness, and their being willing to risk it for such a stupid act as this
