I'm not hunting that same place in Bama anymore....I'm hunting a place in La and different place closer to Butler this year. Last year we spent most of our time in Oklahoma and Texas

like 10 years ago I watched a special on PBS and they went deep into cajun country and followed the peeps around all day. The entire show was subtitled as they were speaking cajun french the whole time.
They would make huge tubs of potato salad for the gumbo.
