Hey Sparty. How are things in your World?

These guys want to get Revved Up they ought to chew up a Vick's Nose Inhaler.Good Goobily Goo.

When I was at Tuscaloosa, one of my roommates' Father owned a Trucking Co.He told us about an old Trucker that did this.

So,before a Flag Football Game we all went and bought a Vick's Nose Inhaler. You cut it open and there's what looks like a cigarette filter inside. It's full of whatever.

Chew it up and swallow what liquid you can. It's God awful.

But it makes you feel like you can run like Forrest Gump.

It probably doesn't have the same ingredients. This was 1981.

Dammit.
I want to go do stuff today but I'm pooped. And my head hurts. But at least the bed is pet free and comfy.

I need a plan. Got beer and an ice chest. Need sandwiches. Sunglasses, hat & sunscreen. Check. Cargo shorts & crocs. Check. American flag T from old navy. Roger that. Cash. Gotta check. But there's always the pickle jar and coin star. Gas is good to go.
Perfect. Now to put the plan in motion in an hour.

Sparty. GM. What is up?
Bout to wake the wife and drag her tubing or kayaking. Hoping it goes well and I don't die from either activity.

GM, OT

Dammit, my painting project from last weekend has spilled over into today. I'm painting a custom mixed color on some very dry pressure-treated pine. I ran out of paint because the wood absorbed so much. Had to get more of my color mixed and hit it with another coat.

Yup - prolly should have primed it first.

But hell, what kind of a DIY project is worth a damn without throwing in a shortcut or two?

OBTW, I'd rather have both arms elbow deep in a bucket of hammered shite rather than having to paint.

I hate painting so much I got clever and wallpapered a bathroom.

Painting would have been faster and easier and cheaper. Live & learn.

Time to wake the bear. I'm going in!

I'm not really concerned.I'm convinced that I have a "Super" Immune System from things I did in my Childhood.

We were playing, running around,at what we call "the Backwaters" of the Coosa River one day. There are these brick structures that are shaped like wells that were overflowing with water. We were thirsty so we drank.

It turns out those are part of the Sewage system.

Never heard that one.
