Serious as shite here man. Listen up.

Get your arse to the doctor....

Have him run blood work
Check:
Tsh and thyroid disorder
Testosterone
Vitamin d
Vitamin b12
DHEA
Eatradiol (e2)

I had panic attacks. Once they fixed my dhea and vitamin d then started me on test injections everything is 1000% better. My estrogen spiked to 53 with the injections and that left me with rapid heart rate and extreme nervousness. Once we added in an estrogen blocker they went away. Estrodiol should be below like 22-24. I dropped weight once everything leveled out and my dhea went up I cut back on estrodial blocker. I hope to get off it.

Don't let them stuff you full of pills until you have all that shite checked.

DHEA and vitamin D alone is wonderful. Don't take no for a fricking answer

Ftr I'm 6'4" 228lbs and 33

Test level is 470. Estrodial is down to 25-28. Dhea is back into range and is vitamin D.
