The Hall Of Presidents is a good example of EVERYTHING that is wrong with Disney. The first time we went, and for a long time after they opened, they sold booklets of tickets at various price points. Most people back then opted for the lowest cost package because the kids were at Disney, doing anything at Disney was an unnecessary luxury. We certainly had the lowest priced package. The package forced decisions between various rides and shows...and lead to all manner of ill shite amongst families. The Hall of Presidents though was, best I remember, one of a few things you could do as often as you could stand to do it....and it was, even back then, highly air conditioned. This was the PERFECT situation for Dad's in the 1970s. Air conditioning, did not cost anything extra and, at least for the sake of argument, it was....and this was a dirty word to a 8 year old in the summer....EDUCATIONAL. This meant several trips to the hall during a visit. One was enough for a lifetime, 2 was just mean. 5-6 was cruel and unusual punishment. This was especially true if you had experienced 6 flags in the same ere when everything was included in the price of admission and all you had to do was be faster to the line to ride as much as you wanted. It was possible at Disney to use ALL of the tickets in a few hours and spend the rest of the day at the hall, its a small world and that damn tiki hut bird show. Trust me, we did it,
