So, sometimes the families actually don’t know even when they interact with the abuser. Not really an answer pertaining to this specific case, but that’s how it was described in those trafficking / serial killer cases


That makes sense. But he was accused of molesting 5 boys in 2001. I'm assuming that those families knew about the accusations. Actions should have been taken.

You might could argue north Texas, but certainly no way would an area west of Fort Worth be considered east Texas. (Fort Worth bills itself as "where the West begins".)
