Yeah, sure, there are thousands of doctors that went to medical school for the sole purpose to research and treat cancer (probably because they watched someone shrivel up and die a slow death), yet they're in on the conspiracy. Get a grip people. Cancer is intricate, each form is different. Huge advances have been made, each new discovery is building block for another.
