I'm on Burbank near staring and have seen cars driving by. Not sure what the lee or bluebonnet intersections look like though

Turning onto Burbank from highland had only 1 lane passable. That was at about 10

The house is at university villas. I saw a video from yesterday that showed some flooding at the police station before you get to gardere. I would be shocked if it flooded but would rather prepare for the worst.
