I hate when you buy a new hat and they sit too dang high on your head and come down to your ears!

Hot water w/ dryer on low heat?
Wet it, then wear it?

Suggestions???

Don't buy structured hats anymore.
The only thing you can do is to keep washing it. Try throwing it in the dish washer.

It's non-structured. I mean just fabric with no lining or mesh inside. Just too big and it looks like too much fabric on top.

Stop trying to look cool in your hat. Most likely you are a geek who can't pull that shite off anyway. Accept your nerdness and leave the hat alone.

Dish washer then dryer. Repeat. I've tried it and it works, but only in miniscule amounts.

and if that does not work, we will sweep the leg until you fall on your head enough times to flatten the hat to your band geek head.

I always use a "cap saver" and wash it in the clothes washer on delicate with HOT water.
