My dad played rec league basketball until he was nearly 50. Now he gets around with a walking stick, and most of his friends have some kind of disability. Time is no respecter of persons. Mad respect for those still fighting the small battles, even if its as simple as opening a mayonaise jar.

Arthritis is a genetic thing, I'm 54 and already had both my hips replaced because of arthritis and all the shite I did in my 20's and 30's...
