Anyone using solar hot water system? Reviews?

I plan on installing a free-standing system (not on roof) near hot water heater location. Interested in the heliatos 5-panel system. Not sure if I should use system with heat exchanger (for colder climates). Would appreciate any reviews from people using this type system. Pros/Cons, problems with installation, etc. TIA
