i'm neutral on this.

Its true because it forces paytong to change his play calling, allowing for more runs thus allowing brees to get more comfortable in the passing game. With Bush healthy, payton constantly tries to force him down everyone's throats.

Its False because Bush still brings a dynamic to the game, the guy still makes plays and is one hell of an athlete.

so altough the team plays better without him, he still makes his plays when he's part of the offense.

Personally i think the better question is

Does Payton manage the game better when Bush isn't playing?
