Payton traded a 6th round pick. Obviously our staff had a high enough grade on him to justify the move. Additionally, Saints success does not hinge on whether a trade for a 6th round pick works out. Calm down.

All I know is there’s a 99% chance this baw is getting “injured” sometime in the next few months. Unfortunately it will likely be “season ending.”
I’m just praying for the young guy’s swift recovery and that he will take this opportunity to learn and really absorb what it means to be a pro. Hopefully he’ll be really ready to go in an expanded role in 2021.
