From what I understood he is.
You have to be active for a certain number of games and have enough accrued seasons to not be eligible and I don't think he hit those milestones.
But I'm not 100% on that. I was unsure about Higgins too but lo and behold he's on there.
Anyone know for sure?

He came here at the end of 2010 and I think it was less than 3 weeks(so 2010 would not count as a season).
We have 53 players and always seem to maintain that number so he should be eligible for a third season.
The only question I have is how many total games has he been active for.

Nope I was wrong he came here at the beginning of 2010. Was he on the PS for all of 2011 and 2012?
