His ex-employer. If that isn't enough motivation to excel then nothing is. If I were him I would be licking my chops, immersing myself and taking full advantage . Every positive he accomplishes is potentially a negative for the Bucs.

I mean they went with Tom Brady. It's not like they shipped him out for Cam Newton.

He still has the opportunity to prove himself while sticking it to them. It's just ironic that the better he performs from here on out it directly hurts them regardless of who they chose to replace him with.
