Hartley and Brown?

I'm sure it's been talked about already, so please don't scream germans... what is the status of hartley? Why has'nt he played? and When will jamal brown be ready to play? I know we have bushrod, but he could be a valuable back-up at least.

Hartley is on the 53 man roster but has been inactive every week.

Its time for Hartley's return cuz I'm losing faith in Carney's kicks...I cringe when he just attempts xpoints....One of these games is gonna come down to a field goal from 40 or better and I won't be feeling quite positive Carney can or will make it.. (see Jacksonville a few yrs back on the missed xpoint Carney missed after the rugby play)...Saints lose by 1 pt..
