Back in the late 80's my mother decided to have new windows installed in her home. A salesman for southern siding came out showed her the estimate returned the next day with a higher quote and higher interest rate and left. My brother called later that morning to find my mother sobbing over what had happened, he told her to give him the f...ing number to the company. Fast forward to that afternoon, I pull up to her home and go in she is on the phone telling the person on the other end, here is one of my sons now , oh and by the way ARCHIE my boys think you are the best BASKETBALL player their ever was, and then hands me the phone. I stood there for 2 solid minutes as he roared with laughter.He went on to tell me the salesman was no longer employed there,they were selling her the windows at cost with no interest rate and could not have been more kind and patient with my mother.Later he sent her a gift and a sales rep. stopped by twice to see that the installation went well and that she was happy with them..... Character and family trumps everything. Until your able to earn your own banner you have no right to take his down.
