Tankathon "board" is going to differ from actuals depending on need and perception.
Some mocks have morant at 3 Barret at 2.
some morant is at 2, Barret 3.

Some mocks have Clarke at 4, some at 8.

If I knew I get Clarke at 7, I do the deal for Barret at 3 with you.

But
If morant is at 3, I won't deal with you.

So the earliest time to deal is after the draft order is known, and ideally, during the draft.
