Thibs would have been a better hire for the short term, but he’s not a coach you want around your young guys. There’s a reason he moves on from these teams after a couple of years- he grinds his players down with heavy minute loads and practice schedules.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing I would take Randle over BI myself but yeah you can tell he’s been working hard on that 3pt shot some of those were tough tough shots and he was swishing them
