Eh, assuming he doesn't fall of a cliff he will have a job and role with this team next year. Despite the NBA changing, you still need several big bodies the regular season who can rebound and pound near the basket. I'm as excited about the potential of Hayes as anyone, but he shouldn't be playing much this season.

In fact Jah's biggest impact on this team long-term could be banging and pushing on Hayes in practice every day to get him used to handling NBA physicality.

Jahils defense improved a lot last year and was very effective at the rim.

Hes not elite or anything but People are acting like hes kanter
