Prince’s talent and devotion to music was such that he not only made himself he also made and/or contributed greatly to countless other artists in a genuinely selfless manner.
Hell, the different ways that you could measure his reach must be numerous, top hits, dollars in sales, etc. I’ll bet Prince could be attributed to almost single-handedly propping up a significant segment of the music industry over time.
But yeah he sucks lol.
And on a personal note, he sucked so much that his music even spoke to a country (borderline redneck) kid growing up on a farm in the 80s, raised on gospel, country and western music, a/k/a Me.
